- 2000-2001 Project Manager at the eCommerce StartUp Tadoro AG, Berlin
- 2002 (MBA) Project leader, advising the British government (Home Office) in a Service Excellence programme
- 2003-2004 Project Director at Global Business Worldwide Ltd., London, a leading, world-wide operating Strategic Communications consultancy. Head of several projects in Chile, Brazil, South Africa, Rwanda and Jordan, always in close cooperation with both top government officials and national business leaders
- Mid 2004 invitation to join an international Executive Search firm - jointly with a former Managing Partner of a leading global Executive Search company, build-up of the Munich HQ
- From 2005 - with the foundation of Bausch & Company GmbH - as an independent Partner
